To keep Nexus Group and our customers safe, multi-factor authentication (MFA) becomes mandatory for all staff from Monday 30 June.
MFA adds a second check when you log in — usually a prompt on your phone — so that even if someone learns your password, they still can’t get into your account.
What you need to do:
- Install the authenticator app on your phone (the Service Desk will send a guide).
- Follow the Setting up multi-factor authentication steps to register.
- Reach out to the Service Desk if you get stuck — we’re here to help.
It takes about five minutes to set up. Please don’t leave it to the last day. Thank you for helping keep our data secure.
