Quality & compliance

How Nexus Group keeps standards high, meets its obligations, and keeps getting better.

Our approach to quality

Quality means doing things well, consistently, for our customers. Every stream sets clear standards for its work — from how we serve a customer in store, to how we support an IT client, to how we deliver care. We measure how we’re tracking on the performance dashboard and act on what we learn.

Continuous improvement — the PDCA cycle

1

Plan

Identify what to improve and set a clear goal.

2

Do

Make the change on a small scale and gather information.

3

Check

Review the results against the goal.

4

Act

Keep what worked, adjust what didn’t, and standardise it.

Anyone can suggest an improvement — small ideas often make the biggest difference. Raise yours with your manager or through your team meeting.
