Operations Support — weekly catch-up

Date
Tue 24 June 20XX, 9:30am
Location
Meeting room B
Chair
Caitlin Murphy

Present: Caitlin Murphy, Harpreet Kaur, Declan Foley. Apologies: Maria Silva.

1. Month-end reporting

Due Monday 29 June. Pack is on track except the Nexus Care figures, which are still outstanding — Harpreet to chase Sam Okafor today so the summary isn’t held up.

2. New starter access

Declan still can’t reach the Operations FY20XX folder — access request is awaiting manager approval (ticket SD-20420). Caitlin to follow up the approval so Declan isn’t blocked from month-end work.

3. Urgent request from the COO

Rebecca has asked for a one-page workload summary by Friday. This clashes with month-end, so we agreed Harpreet leads month-end and Declan drafts the summary, with Caitlin reviewing.

4. Decisions

  • Adopt the new meeting-minutes template from next week.
  • Bring the print-room servicing (1 July) to everyone’s attention.

1. Previous actions

All actions from last week complete. Projector fix in the boardroom verified (SD-20405, closed).

2. Ticket trends

Volume steady (~3,200/month). First-contact fix rate at 71%, above the 70% target. Password-reset tickets down since self-service reminders went out.

3. MFA rollout

On track for the 30 June deadline. Team to run two drop-in help sessions this week to support staff who haven’t registered.

4. Decisions

  • Add a printer-troubleshooting tip to the queue auto-reply.
  • Sophie to cover the Sydney site for the public holiday.
