If you see something that could hurt someone — a wet floor, a frayed cable, a heavy box stored too high — please report it. It takes a minute through the Hazard / incident report form, and you can report a near miss even if no one was hurt.
Every report helps us fix problems early. If there’s an immediate danger, make the area safe and tell your supervisor straight away. In an emergency, always call 000 first.
